Feel Your Boobies

I'm so excited for February to FINALLY be here!! I've spend some time now planning on how I'm going to make this an extra special month and I believe I've landed the perfect idea! I am proud to announce that I will be dedicating a grand majority of my online time to the fight against Breast Cancer! I'd like to do this in honor of anyone who has been touched by cancer and even though I can't raise enough money to find a cure, I can still try my best to shine a spotlight on the topic and hopefully inspire others to do the same.

So starting today and up until the last day of February, most of my blog posts, Facebook & Twitter pages will be some how be related to the fight against breast cancer, whether its a tutorial on hair & make-up, or some other weird little crafty things to pass the time. I've also thrown in a few different cooking and baking plans too!

I'm not on here for ratings or viewer numbers, I just want to write about what makes me happy and if all I do is waste my time (that should probably be spend studying) then so be it, but I would absolutely love if I could help make a difference, even just to one person.

Since I am still a busy full-time student at the UofM as well as a part-time worker in the evenings and on weekends I do not have as much time as I'd prefer to play around with doing crafts, baking and all that fun stuff. So I've somewhat devised a plan (if you haven't noticed already, I am a plan-fanatic. I also love to make lots of lists.) I'm going to aim for at least two hands-on projects per week, all breast cancer themed, and see where it goes from there. I've already finished my first major project tonight!! I am veryyy happy with how it turned out but you'll have to tune in tomorrow or Friday to see what it is!! (Believe me it's so worth a glimpse!)

Also this month (super crazy month for me... It's a good thing I don't have to worry about a certain someone for a few weeks... between school, work and all this I don't think I'd have much time for him anyway!) :) So until then... I will also be rocking a new diet which will act as a healthy detox for my body. I've done it once already in November and I really loved how I felt even though it was crazy hard for me to stick too since my top favorite foods are pastas and pizza. I just felt so refreshed and energized all the time once I got started on this diet that I almost felt I needed to up my exercise just to burn off some of the energy (and that is definitely a first for me!) Since I've been so sick lately I thought it was high time to kick my butt back into gear and get back into a structured routine in hopes that this will up my immune system as well. I always find the first three weeks of a new diet or exercise plan the most difficult but by the fourth week it almost becomes a habit thank goodness. Hopefully I can make it there again and stick with it! :)

Alrighty well I'm off for the night and I really do hope to see that there are people out there like me who may not have been personally touched by cancer but who still want to help as much as they can with the fight against breast cancer, or cancer of any kind really. Good-night & don't forget to:
